Receive Your Visit Report
Once you schedule your service needs, ‘we are ready’.
- We’ll schedule a complimentary meet & greet based on your schedule.
- You’ll receive a report card which includes:
- A personal message from your pet’s caregiver
- A checklist showing each completed task
- Photos of your pets during the service
- GPS tracking history reflecting your pet care provider’s location while at your home or out walking your dog.
Note: If you download and use the Time to Pet app, you will receive a notification each time your pet’s caregiver arrives at your home.

Register online and create your client profile in Time to Pet.
Click the Sign Up button to create your account in Time to Pet. Once we confirm your account, you can log in anytime and provide details regarding your pet and home care needs.
Submit your service request online in Time to Pet.
Our scheduling options allow you to set a care plan that aligns with your pet’s routine, and you can make all service requests in Time to Pet whenever it’s convenient for you
Meet your pet sitter or dog walker in person or over the phone.
As a new client, you get one free in-person consultation with your pet sitter. During the consultation, you can introduce your pet and get to know the sitter before their first visit.
